Description

TIPP-OIL Break-In Oil SAE 30 is a mineral break-in oil for start-up filling and the breaking-in of repaired or overhauled engines. Break-In Oil SAE 30 dispenses with the use of friction coefficient improving additives (friction modifier) to considerably shorten the break-in phase for rebuilt and modified engines. The piston rings are rapidly seated. Due to its high levels of ZDDP (zinc dithiphosphate), Break-In Oil SAE 30 is particularly recommended to break-in classic V8 engines with flat tappets.

 

Instructions for use

TIPP-OIL Break-In Oil SAE 30 serves as a classic break-in oil and therefore can only remain in the engine for a short time (max. 1000km). The particularly high levels of anti-wear additives offer extra protection during the critical break-in phase of rebuilt engines. Please pay attention to the specifications of your engine reconditioners during the break-in phase. High engine loads and speeds are to be avoided.

TIPP-OIL SSF Polar Power Steering Fluid is a synthetic special oil. Due to its special formulation, the properties of SSF Polar Power Steering Fluid are decisively determined. SSF Polar was developed for use as a hydraulic fluid in power steering systems at extremely low temperatures.

 

Instructions for use

TIPP-OIL SSF Polar power steering fluid meets the requirements of the VW standard TL 521 46 and thus has optimum performance as a central hydraulic oil in power steering, rear axle steering, level control, shock absorbers, for active damping and engine support, for hydrostatic drive of fan, alternator and air conditioning , for stability and traction systems (ABS/ASR/ASC), central locking, electro-hydraulic convertible top control, hydraulic brake booster and hydropneumatic suspension for VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda. SSF Polar power steering fluid is designed for use in the -60°C to + 100°C range and is therefore recommended for the latest developments in the vehicle market. Especially for use at low temperatures.

Especially for use in cold countries.

TIPP-OIL Central Hydraulik Fluid is designed for use from -60°C to +130°C and is therefore recommended for the latest developments on the automotive market

Description

TIPP-OIL HVLPD 68 is a multi-grade hydraulic oil developed on the basis of specially selected base oils. HVLPD 68 offers a high wear protection, even under extreme loads, thanks to effective additives.HVLPD 68 additionally contains dispersing and detergent ingredients, which always ensure clean hydraulics. These additives loosen impurities and keep them suspended, enabling the dirt to be cleaned from the dirty hydraulic systems. The functional elements of a hydraulic system are therefore kept clean from sediment and adhesions. Seeping water is emulsified and ensures the operation of the hydraulic system remains trouble-free.

 

Instructions for use

TIPP-OIL HVLPD 68 can be used primarily in hydraulic systems with heavily fluctuating operating temperatures. HVLPD 68 is ideal for heavy-loaded hydraulic systems, earth-moving machines and agricultural machinery. It is favored at heavily fluctuating operating temperatures and may not be used in hydraulic systems which contain silver or silver-plated construction and operating elements.
