Description

TIPP-OIL HLPD 68 is a detergent hydraulic oil and thus has a thorough network and cleaning effect. HLPD 68 is designed based on selected oils with additives to avoid corrosion, wear and friction. HLPD 68 additionally contains dispersing and detergent ingredients, which always ensure clean hydraulics. These additives loosen impurities and keep them suspended, enabling the dirt to be cleaned from the dirty hydraulic systems. The functional elements of a hydraulic system are therefore kept clean from sediment and adhesion. Seeping water is emulsified and ensures the operation of the hydraulic system remains trouble-free.

 

Instructions for use

TIPP-OIL HLPD 68 is used in hydraulic systems, in agriculture, construction equipment, cement factories, foundries, electric multi-plate clutches, as a test oil, as a runin oil for aggregates and equipment, in textile machinery and in machine tools. HLPD 68 exceeds the requirements for hydraulic oils HLP according to DIN 51 524 Part 2 for hydraulics.

TIPP-OIL Hydraulic HVLP 68 is an optimally developed multi-grade hydraulic oil on the basis of specially selected base oils. Hydraulic HLVP 68 is characterized by a very good viscosity and temperature behavior, high resistance to aging and reliable corrosion protection.

 

Instructions for use

TIPP-OIL Hydraulic HVLP 68 can be used primarily in hydraulic systems with heavily fluctuating operating temperatures. Hydraulic HVLP 68 is ideal for heavyloaded hydraulic systems, earth-moving machines and agricultural machinery. It is favored at heavily fluctuating operating temperatures and may not be used in hydraulic systems which contain silver or silver-plated construction and operating elements.

Instructions for use

TIPP-OIL Mineral Hydraulic HLP 68 is universally applicable in all hydraulic systems. It is recommended for thermally highly stressed hydraulic systems with highpressure pumps of all models, in sensitive control systems, and also for the supply of small gear units and for use in circulation systems.

The use of  HLP AF 68 is particularly recommended for use in circulation systems, for the supply of small gearboxes, for thermally highly stressed hydraulic systems with high-pressure pumps of all models, in sensitive control systems, and for hydraulic systems in agriculture.
