The initial certification of Tipp Oil was successfully carried out by TÜV NORD. During the certification of the quality management according to ISO 9001:2015, not only the quality assurance of the management system was checked, but also the reliability in customer orientation and customer satisfaction. What is new is the consideration and evaluation of the internal and external factors that affect the company in terms of quality assurance.
